N&C Property Management acts on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating profits. We are located in St. George, UT .  Our dedicated team of professionals specialize in single, and multifamily rental properties. We do however own some commercial properties. We are not a real estate company that does property management on the side; property management is our #1 focus.
